At zuup, we’re committed to delivering your EV charging solutions quickly and reliably, so you can stay charged without limits. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:



1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all states and territories across Australia. Unfortunately, we don’t ship internationally at this time.



2. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide.

For faster delivery, we offer express shipping at an additional cost, which will be calculated during checkout.



3. Delivery Times

Our standard shipping times are as follows:

  • Metro Areas: 2-4 business days
  • Regional Areas: 2-6 business days

Express shipping typically delivers within 1-2 business days to most metro areas, and 1-3 business days outside metro areas.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays, including weather, holidays, or courier disruptions.



4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery’s progress.

If you don’t receive a tracking email within 48 hours, please contact us at help@zuup.com.au.



5. Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 2 PM AEST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.



6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us immediately at help@zuup.com.au. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you’re taken care of.



7. Shipping Restrictions

Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times or limited courier availability. Additionally, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for certain large items (e.g., portable chargers).
